Les factures doivent être payées dans les délais indiqués: les paiements sont portables et ont lieu en notre entreprise. En cas de non-paiement de la facture à son échéance, elle portera de plein droit et sans mise en demeure un intérêt conventionnel au taux de 12% l’an. En outre, elle sera majorée, de plein droit et sans mise en demeure, d’une indemnité forfaitaire de 15% avec un minimum de 125,00 €.
En cas de litige, les parties s’engagent à recourir au préalable à la négociation et/ou à la médiation. A défaut, les litiges relèveront des Tribunaux de Bruxelles. Ceux qui relèvent de la compétence du Juge de Paix seront soumis à la justice de paix du premier canton de Bruxelles.
La nullité d’une ou plusieurs clauses des présentes conditions n’entraîne pas la nullité des conditions dans leur ensemble. Dans ce cas, les parties veilleront à substituer à la disposition nulle une nouvelle disposition permettant de maintenir intégralement les garanties prévues par les présentes.
